    I think you're right, although I've looked at enough old magazines to realize that one must never underestimate what a woman will do in a dress . . . even a white one! Mow the lawn? No problem. Install floor tile? Sure! Preserve 400 bottles of beets? Done. Paint a room turquoise? Obviously!
