    silly mom, you know that's impossible. in fact, i think i wrote a lengthy poem about "what-if" at some point...

    what if is a legitimate thing to fret about.

    but i'm trying not to.

    In all fairness, she did say to TRY not to... But I agree, "what if" is a very hard thing not to fret about.

    I did not invent the "what ifs", I merely passed them on genetically to my children . . . sorry, kiddies, but hope springs eternal. I still think we should TRY to be normal people, shouldn't we?
